SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note we don't ship or process orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping (USPS): Delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, or enjoy free shipping on orders over $59.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package's journey to your door.

Delays
Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to high demand, weather, or postal carrier issues. We appreciate your patience — if there's a significant delay, we'll reach out to keep you updated.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at mamascarfusa@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at mamascarfusa@gmail.com. We'll work with you to make it right.
